Summary: The staff was noticeably excellent. Rooms were great and the location was perfect for our needs. The parking rates however, are highway robbery. As pleased as I was with my stay, those rates will definitely have me looking elsewhere as they’re so steep compared to other lots in the area it comes across as blatant greed.

Summary: Hotel is located in a great location - lots of places to eat and things to do in the immediate area. First impressions are great - beautiful lobby, kind and helpful staff. Room was spacious and clean, but looking a little tired and in need of a refresh.

Summary: We had a fabulous time - it's always our go to destination for our Edmonton trips. Brad at the front desk went above and beyond. Only McDavid's pirouette goal at the Oilers game made me happier!

Summary: Great location if you are going to an event at Rogers. Did not meet the expectations of what Westin used to represent. Very old and in need up some TLC. Towels were grey and tattered, time to replace. The room needed a refresh. Not what I would expect from a Westin.
